Edition 13 of The Knowledge Tree on the theme of ‘looking to the fringe’ is out on Tuesday 8 May.
It covers the topics of ‘slow education’, social computing, online behaviour, mobile phones and multimedia technologies.
Featured Panel Discussion
‘Open Complementing Closed – Why, What For and How?’ brings together Ewan MacIntosh, James Farmer, Brad Beach, Clint Smith and Peter Higgs to discuss a range of perspectives on the use of learning management systems and personal learning environments to facilitate learning.
Live Conversations
Live conversations, or web conferencing sessions, follow each edition of The Knowledge Tree. For Edition 13 there will be two live conversations. These will be held on:
