In my experience teachers quickly understand the gist and benefits of Web2.0 philosophy and social software spaces. But all that comes unstuck when it comes to RSS. I came across this nifty little video by the team at Common Craft which might help shed some light as you spread the word.
Unfortunately it’s housed in BlipTV and you may find that it’s blocked but make use of the Mozilla Firefox add-on ‘Video Downloader‘ sometime at home, to access the resource for use at work - fully attributing the authors of course.
