Join with over 700 educators from around the Asia-Pacific region who’ll gather from October 2–5 on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia to explore, discuss and debate the conference theme “generation.com – Where to next?”
The Navcon2K7 Conference boasts leading international keynote speakers, over two hundred workshops, spotlight sessions and full-day workshops, in a variety of program formats (hands-on workshops, interactive presentations, professional learning zones and spotlights) that:
- showcase 21st-century learning environments and virtual schooling
- explore emerging technologies to make learning more accessible and relevant
- demonstrate the impact of technology on student learning
- highlight promising practices for leadership and school transformation
- emphasize the ethics and equity issues associated with contemporary learning and teaching
I was lucky enough to attend this conference in Adelaide in 2003. While it had a very strong school focus and MAC orientation I really enjoyed the exposure to international ideas and issues outside the VET system with a very strong pedagogical focus.
