Firefox vs IE

So…..I’m sitting down at the desk with at least ten tabs running in IE7.
Twitter, Flickr, blog, Servage code, other blog, students blog, teachers blog……bang. Whammo !
Up comes the ” IE is crashing now and no matter what you say it’s going to wipe off all your work right now” prompt. Oh how helpful.
The last request for Firefox as browser became such a nightmare I gave up and restricted anything useful to work on the wireless card. Flock ? Are you kidding me ? The Helpdesk thought I was swearing at them.
So…..what to do knowing that thousands of others have the same issue…constantly. I’ve taken the liberty of informing the Helpdesk that a resource exists that gives the to’s and the fro’s and hopefully they will see sense.
If they dont then it wont suprise me.
If in fact I can get it ghosted onto all sets of computers here then I’m sure I’d have a riot on my hands….where’s my favourites ? They are called bookmarks.
What are bookmarks ? A leg in at least but by jove a tricky one.
