and with a blink of the eye it’s over….
eLearning07 aimed to showcase the 2007 LearnScope projects and outcomes, to encourage critical reflection around e-learning issues, to demonstrate some of the latest technologies and to enable teams to connect with others.
We don’t take the easy path. We push the limits. We take what has been done before and try to move it one more step forward; there are risks, successes and moments we learn from. I wonder if a major event has ever been convened in Second Life AND face to face before? It didn’t quite go as planned but hey, we gave it our best shot and tested the ground. Thank you to those who recognised this!
I hope you take time to listen to the audio of the sessions. A very BIG thank you to Stephan who both ensured the audio capture and edited the results for publication.
The technical side of the event was a real challenge. Participants were probably not aware of the intense work that went on by the team to trouble shoot and resolve issues. But I was. Thank you to Jo, Luke and Steph for their energy and amazing skills!
